A Lana realizou um trabalho muito difícil que apenas um punhado de boas bandas do revivalismo do Garage e Psych o conseguiram, pois preocupou-se com a escrita de canções que vão além do mero culto às melodias antigas. Este seu álbum de estreia, “Order To Love” publicado pela Groovie Records é mais do que a colecção ligada de supostos “singles” que sinceramente estava há espera. É um álbum de verdade, com uma composição estratificada, que eu vou continuar a escutar por um período extenso, a fim de realmente o conhecer e não apenas porque sou viciado em elevações de Garage e Psych. As duas primeiras faixas “Black Glove” e “Missing Illusions”, anteriormente editadas num 7’’ pela Butterfly Records são, a primeira composta por um bem constituído pop que cativa, a segunda uma doce compota de psych. “Theater Of Dreams” é o 80´s “revival” das canções dos 60´s, enquanto que “Nervous People” é uma peça incrivelmente bem sucedida no feminismo vocal comandado pelo deambulante órgão, encerrando em estado psicótico. É claro que “Missing Link” é facilmente a melhor faixa do álbum, um tema sobre permanecermos fiéis a nós mesmos. Estas músicas fazem parte de um argumento surpreendentemente bom para aparafusar a ideia do Garage como um estilo que pode ter sempre um realismo emocional. Entretanto ainda temos “Paranoia” que funciona bem como uma musica de “garage” para trautear e que facilmente fica no ouvido, mas “Silence Everywhere” e “Constant Furs” mostram que Lana Loveland pode escrever musica mais cativante e super concentrada, deixando muito boa gente a perguntar-se como não foram capazes de fazer isto.
Comprem este álbum, aprendam todas as letras de todas as canções, e depois vão para a rua e espalhem as palavras, amor, paz e Loveland.

The Lana pulls off a very difficult work that only a handful of Garage Psych revival bands will even bother with by writing songs that go beyond mere cult of vintage melodies. Is debut album “Order To Love”, on Groovie Records is more than the collection of hooky singles that honestly was waiting. It's a real album, with a composite laminate, which I'll continue to listen for an extended period in order to really know and not just because I am addicted Garage and Psych highs. The first two tracks, “Black Glove” and “Missing Illusions”, previous release on a 7’’ at Butterfly Records are, the first a “catchy poppier” and the second a sweet psych jams. “Theater Of Dreams” is an 80’s revival 60’s song, as “Nervous People” is a stunningly successful piece of vocal feminist and organ-driven, terminating in psychotic state. Of course, that “Missing Link” is easily the album's best track, a topic about staying true to yourself. These songs are part of a surprisingly good argument for screwing the idea of the Garage as a way to always be an emotional realness. Then there’s “Paranoia” a songs that would work well as a basement garage sing along songs, but “Silence Everywhere” and “Constant Furs” show that Lana Loveland can write the kind of catchy, super concentrated psych garage that could leave everybody asking they were not able to do this.Get this album, learn all the lyrics of all the songs, and then go to the streets and spread the words, peace, love and Loveland.
